ABOUT
THE LEAD GUITARIST:
Jon has been playing guitar professionally for over
30 years, in bands all across
New England
, playing styles ranging from classic Funk to Hard Rock , Country, Blues,
and Southern Rock. Over those
years, Jon’s style developed into a blend of hard charging Texas Blues
interwoven with the subtleties found in early Allman Brothers
performances. Jon’s version
of the Hendrix classic “Little Wing” is a perfect platform to
demonstrate his entire range of guitar styles.
A founding member of Idlewilde, Jon collects and restores vintage
guitars and amplifiers so he can get “that sound”.
